COMMUNITY ADULT CHORAL
SINGING PROJECT FOR MINEHEAD
VOICES is a brand new relaxed adult community singing project open to all where you can enjoy singing beautiful simple arrangements of popular and traditional choral anthems.
Some well known, others less so.
Easy arrangements, specially adapted for community singing so that we can all enjoy these beautiful reflective anthems without feeling we have to sing to a certain standard or anything like that.
Just once a month initially and if it proves popular we will perhaps meet more regularly next year. We'll just see how it goes for a few months and then go from there. Some of the beautiful tunes we'll have a go at along the way

The idea is that we support each other to learn new things and spend some time on a little detail. In so doing build confidence, feel great and enjoy some reflective gentle time together. Sink our souls into some of this beautiful music.
Perhaps for the first time enjoy singing them together with liked minded people, in a friendly relaxed space where everybody feels welcome irrespective of your singing or musical experience.
Beginners are very welcome. You don't have to have sung in a choir before to be a part of this project and you certainly don't need to be able to read music either.
There are no plans to perform or to reach a particular standard. Rather this is a chance to sing beautiful choral arrangements without any pressure at all.
